"Chill hotel with nice pool"
Easy to find and close to the airport, this hotel is pretty cute. The room was comfortable, though the shower was clogged. It was taken care of as soon as it was reported. Pool was really nice, with a bar next to it.

"New Hotel - 5* Service. Go if you're a foodie. "
What an incredible experience - from check in to check out this is by far the best money we spent on our trip. Champagne on arrival - it was like being on honeymoon all over again. Excellent advice from Kevin on which Cocktails and Food to try (Key Lime Martini and Fried Chicken). I had the Blackened Snapper, which was so moist along with Manchego topped potatoes. A foodies paradise - Fresh Oysters too, though didn't get to try. Kate will treat you like she's known you for years - and will also provide great advice on what to eat. The view was great from our room, though Stock Island is 5-10mins from the town, the shuttle leaves every hour - taking you to all the cool spots. Lizelle, the delightful concierge will tell you about/book on your behalf. Having stayed in a LOT of hotels I would place this in my top 3 hotels (above a 5* resort). Honestly, I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

"Very nice but needs to be redone."
Hotel is very nice. Huge place that spreads out over 2 blocks or more. Got to pay more to have rooms by ocean. We had ocean front. Great view right over ocean. Two chairs on porch to lay out and enjoy view. Beautiful but high dollar. I would not spend the money to stay here again unless you do ocean front. The other rooms are way to expensive for where they are at. I heard the ocean view rooms were also nice. Pools are outdated and old. Bathrooms were dirty at both pools. Tranquility pool was the best pool but because of the walls around it , too hot. (no breeze) Also, pool is like a kitty pool. One pool has entertainment and they were all really good. I was disappointed they did not have room service. FAIL. Especially cause nothing opens up intill 8:00 am. Better bring a power bar. I would go back but for the price of the hotel they need to redue the pools and clean up the public beach next door. Too much grass , seaweed stuff. I liked it....... and would try again to see if they improve . Massage was one of the best ever!

"Good for the money"
This hotel was not a bad experience at all. We were here on our honeymoon and overall enjoyed the place. They were doing construction next door so the pool area was loud, but nothing they can do about that. For a honeymoon place, spend a little extra money on a resort. It has a hotel/motel feel, which was ok for us, but we would've loved a step up from that. The shuttle to and from town was nice also so we didn't have to drive.

Loved it! The only thing I would change are the pillows. They're very flat which doesn't feel great on your neck.

Right at the marina so its perfect location for those going out on the water. Rooms and the hotel were spotless. Nice pool areas. Food at the restaurant is good for snacks and light dinners. The room was quiet and comfortable- the bathroom was great! Close to many good restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay here.

"Beautiful clean hotel."
I went in with high hopes after looking at some reviews and pics. My family and I were very happy and surprised because the hotel met every expectation! We had a family suite where my wife and I had a king sized bed in a separate bedroom and my 19 and 17 year old daughters had their own room and bathroom. The place was clean, well furnished, bright and airy. The hotel had 4 small- medium sized pools secluded by lush foliage. Bar service a bit slow, but friendly from the pool areas. We never ate at the on site restaurant so can't comment there. We were about ten minutes from downtown Key West. The hotel provides a free shuttle service there that runs every hour, it was a great way to travel and save some money. Now the bad, I feel EVERYWHERE in Key West you are nickel and dimed for tips. I think it's in poor taste to constantly ask for tips and I don't care how many Europeans or Canadians visit, it's just in poor taste. Parrot Key charges $15 per day for parking with valet only service. I thought that was in poor taste because other hotels didn't charge for parking nearby, I checked. I was lucky because when I booked my visit, parking was included for free. Yet when I checked in I was told about the per day parking fee. I had to show the check in my confirmation slip that showed I had free parking. My only other complaints were kind of slow maid service (although when they came they did a GREAT JOB) and a small annoying shower leak onto the floor and bath mat. A++++

"I would stay here again."
No hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy about anything. The room was clean, but there were things that were never attended to during our stay. The continental breakfast made us laugh, but the food at the restaurant (The Stoned Crab) was FABulous!!! We ordered a Mai Tai and Pina Colada at the nice pool side bar, but too expensive for drinks that did not even taste like anything we have ever had. Hhhmmm??? Anyway, we thought the room was comfortable, and would stay here again. This place is quaint and all you need to shower, rest and sleep while visiting Key West.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Key West Historic District hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
