Despite confusion at check-in, the overall stay was very pleasant. Beds were great for my wife; a bit soft for me. Sheets and pillows were comfortable - reasonably soft, lots of loft. TV provided adequate station coverage and reasonable viewing quality. The furniture was ‘hotel typical’ - simple but solid. Lighting was adequate - lots of accessible electrical plugs. The kitchen space provided a small coffee maker, medium microwave, small fridge, electrical cook-rings and sink; together with an adequate supply of basic kitchenware. The shower supplied good flow, temperature, and pressure. Breakfast was typical ‘hotel continental. The breakfast area was busy during the early opening hours (6:30 to 8:30am), but less busy and just as well stocked later on (8:30 to 10am). The area was kept clean and all food was safely and cleanly displayed. The lobby computer was quick and easy to access; as was in-room WIFI. The pool was closed for the season….. We didn’t use the laundry or exercise facilities. Location was terrific and safe - an easy walk to downtown. To minimize street noise, I would ask for a room on the back-side of the hotel.

I really did enjoy our stay at Kelowna Inn and Suites. I enjoyed the fact that there was no carpet in our room and the flooring was nice. The room was clean and comfortable, hallways were clean as well. We enjoyed our mini vacay and would definitely stay there again if we head out that way again.
