The hotel pillows weren't very comfortable, mold on the grout in bathtub needs to be cleaned, patio door window needs cleaning. The pool should be open earlier then 10 in the morning so guests can go for a swim before checking out at 11. The staff were very nice and a quiet hotel.

We were placed in a room that the window was facing the roof. Window lock was loose, the night shift front desk was so nice to temporary fixed it. Not going back to this hotel, maybe not until after reno... Advertised with hot tub but it was under renovation.

First room they gave us already had people in the room. New room, new keys provided and then the room keys would not work and needed to be re-coded back at front desk. Room felt old, tired, dated and general aid of being unclean. Light bulbs in bathroom burnt out. Multiple power outlets did not work properly. TV volume would not increase to a proper loudness level to be heard above the air-conditioning unit. The room was a suite room with a 'balcony" room style was meant for 4 people in the suite, yet the 'balcony' was only big enough for one person as evident by only 1 chair on the balcony.

Was here for a wedding in the area, luckily didn’t spend much time at the hotel/room. The pros; Linen was nice (sheets and towels) soft and clean. Area was okay. Room carpet seemed relatively clean. Cons; checked in at 10pm, there was a dirty wash cloth from the last occupants still hanging on the shower curtain bar. Baseboards were detached in areas and heavily damaged in others. Bathroom door wouldn’t latch closed. Here’s the big one though, when the shower/tub faucet was turned on water also started leaking from the WALL, right where the grout/caulking meets the tub surround. I took videos, showed reception at checkout. They didn’t seem to be interested. Got told a very apathetic “thanks.” And then just asked if I wanted my reciept printed for the stay. I wasn’t fishing for a discount, but even a “I’m so sorry! We will look into that immediately!” Would go a long way. Book room 284 in the tower building if you want to see water pour out of a buildings walls, I shudder to think about the mold and damage being caused.
Wish I could add a video of the water pooling out of the grout/caulking.

On arrival the carpet was crunchy, cobwebs on the light fixtures and the toilet was clogged. Absolutely embarrassing and gross. The AC unit is old and crazy loud. We stayed in the atrium which was dark and outdated. There are no electrical outlets in the tiny, dirty bathroom so getting ready for the day was tricky. IF you MUST stay here do your research and stay in the Tower. The main building is so bad.

the hot tub not in operation, construction inside the hotel, had to ask for another glass as only one in room and there were two us, the staff was very helpful through all of this, will not be staying there again until construction finished, which I should have been told about before booking. thank you

Good greeting at the reception. I was given a room in the atrium building. Room smelled musty. Mold in the shower tub area. Towels were thin and worn out, one had a tear. I understand hotel is in the process of renovating however these are basic maintenance items in running a hotel.

The king and kitchenette was run down. The bathroom was very dirty. Floor tile grout was black, bathroom was full of dirt, shower curtain was ripped. Cabinets were worn. Kitchen had very limited supplies. Cutlery was dirty. Only 1 pot, no fry pan. Only an old hot plate. Very disappointing. Bar stools were very worn. Desperately needs a full renovation. Checked in early and front desk was supposed to call once the room was ready. Didn't receive a call or text so went back at 4pm. Room was ready. Not a grear start to my stay. Won't stay there again!

Found woman’s eyelash in my bed when I woke in the morning. Then started checking the sheets notice hair also on the sheets. Went to front desk was only offered 20% off. Disgusted that I had slept in someone else hair and eyelash.
