Very comfortable stay

Easy check in, very comfortable beds and clean room. Hampton’s beds are always the best. Only issue was that we were supposed to get a king bed, not two queens, but it was fine. Wish breakfast was open just a little later.

Zero flexibility. Plans changed and had to cancel the reservation. Hotel would not offer any type of refund. We had booked into this hotel several times over the past few months as we have business in the area l, and will now look for a new hotel for future trips. It’s a shame, it’s a nice hotel but the lack of flexibility is a deal breaker. Zero response from the hotel.

Overall we enjoy staying at Hampton Inn in any location as breakfast is always good. Cleanliness is is always good. We appreciate the soap, shampoo, body wash and lotion in room. I gave the overall a good rating, not excellent only because of the nighttime check in staff. She did not look happy to be on duty. Otherwise, all other staff wonderful.
