Nothing was "too much trouble" for any of the staff, I only ever saw a genuine smile. They all clearly enjoy their jobs and are definitely there for you. Every need was catered for. Every whim fulfilled. I would recommend Jameirah Beech Hotel to anyone who enjoys a quality holiday.

We had a great holiday here, good location, enough staff, almost all good staff, we have been in many high-best branded hotels around the world, this was our first staying experience with Jumeirah Group and it was very positively unique as they say 'Stay Different' and it is truly different style of hotel. We will definitely use Jumeirah Group hotels in future.

We went for a week in October as a last minute break. We looked for allocation that was fairly easy to get around Dubai from and this definitely fitted the bill. Its on the beach, near the marina and a taxi ride away ( or the metro ) away from the big tourist attractions. The area is extremely safe and you can walk around with absolutely no hassle.
The biggest plus for this hotel is the staff. Friendly, helpful, caring and attentive. Everyone is on their game.
We had a sea facing room which was big, clean, comfortable and all the required facilities.
All the eating places in the hotel we used were of very high quality but you pay for what you get ( all Dubai is expensive though ).
The private beach and pool is excellent. The most relaxing of such hotels I have stayed in. The outdoor staff can't do enough to help you and there are a lot of nice touches ( e.g. cold towels delivered to your lounger ).
The only negative for us with the hotel was the non-resident guests events. The hotel puts on activities to attract local residents to boost their income ( which is fully understandable ). However the hotel becomes extremely busy ( Ladies night for example ) and as a paying guest getting access to the hotel facilities became difficult and not as relaxing as the other quieter nights. In fact on one occasion a visitor was extremely rude to me. Next time we will be first at the bar !

Jumeirah Beach is a rapidly growing seafront resort with leisure parks, shopping malls, boutiques and beauty salons. The sail-shaped Burj Al-Arab tops the luxury hotel league. Development continues, both along the coast and on artificial offshore islands. The mosaic-encrusted Iranian Hospital and Mosque are closed to the public, but the exquisite Jumeirah Mosque admits non-Muslims for guided tours.
