"Outstanding Boutique Hotel!"
Unfortunately, we only had one night in Riga to enjoy the great city and this marvelous hotel. The staff was excellent and the room was fantastic. We are definitely going to go back. It is very close the train/bus station and close to Old Town as well. Highly recommended!

Air-condition works ONLY in summer time!!! In May we could grill alive :( Hotel stuff is 3 from 5 maximum. Courtesy is missing. Breakfast - food is 3 from 5, difficult to find free table. Bar upstairs need to change from past to present, it's really 80's over there :)

33 Dzirnavu iela, Riga - Map
"Very close to Art Nouveau district."
Clever Einstein-themed design, a few steps to the crazy over-the-top architecture of Alberti iela. A good one-night stay in Riga. Parking is underground and there is no lift from the elevator to the lobby. Instead, many stairs, doors, and hallways. Literally a major drag.

"Charming, Well-located, Excellent staff"
This hotel is on the main park, square in Riga within short and pleasant walking distance to the Opera House (you should check it out), great restaurants, clubs, bars, outdoor cafes, etc. It's also on the contemporary side but very elegantly designed. The staff is excellent. The breakfast was very good and the coffee some of the best I've had, anywhere. I asked it's Caprissimo, from Belgium. Who'd a thought. The BIG and only problem is that if you get a room overlooking the park, the competing disco clubs within 50 meters of the hotel will keep you up till 3, or later. Not good and I kid you not. So, if you stay there -- and, I'd recommend it for sure--make the specific point you want a quiet room, not overlooking the square. I have to say, that was unpleasant in the extreme and I was told the hotel had no other rooms available. I probably should have pushed that a bit more. My guess is that in the off season the music is not a consideration. But I'm not sure. Anyway, very well done, extremely well located, but watch out for the noise if you're thinking of staying.

"Great Location with All the Amenities"
We stayed three nights and found the room very convenient and comfortable. The breakfast was VERY GOOD and they provided us an ample take away breakfast on our final early start morning. It was a very convenient location for access to the bus and train station, but also very close to old town and city attractions. The staff were friendly and courteous. Highly recommend. Also, the nautical theme is very cool.

"Reasonable airport location"
We arrived late at night and left early in the morning. We did not have time for any local travel. The hotel staff was helpful and professional. The room was adequate for our quick stay. It is reasonably close to the airport and having a gas station (Circle K) around back made fueling the rental car easy. The on property parking seemed expensive to me so we used the less expensive option they had of the surface parking down the street. That lot is secured but requires less than a 100 yard walk on the sidewalk. A little extra lighting on the street would have made the walk safer. The lot entrance was in the darkened area off the sidewalk. The breakfast was more than adequate. There were good selections of healthy fruits and vegetables. There were also some cereal, toast and jelly. We booked the location because it was close to the airport. A shuttle service is available and I suggest you arrange for it as quickly as you can. Taxi service is also available at rates that appear to be normal with the area. The hotel is a little difficult to get to due to its location off the main area road. Taking a wrong turn will cause you to go out of your way. This is because of the many one way streets in the area and inadequate turn opportunities.

"Edge of old city"
A well appointed modern hotel conveniently situated on the edge of the old City and near too the station. Rooms are a good size and with very comfortable needs. They staff are helpful and the housekeeping staff are very accommodating with the cleaning times. The spa is not overly large but is clean and we'll thought out. The breakfast room is in the basement which is a shame due to the lack of natural light and can be very busy at times. Overall a great Joel and although lacking in character is a great place to stay.

Jomas Street is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Jomas Street, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Jomas Street hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
