We arrived a bit early for check in after an overseas flight, and were warmly greeted by the lovely team of Mirely and Carol at the front desk. They immediately put us in a room with a nice view of the Manhattan skyline and gave us a very generous extension of check out time the next day to accommodate a late afternoon flight out of JFK. The bed was absolutely wonderful, especially after such a long flight. We enjoyed our stay and found every employee we encountered to be very courteous and kind. Great job!

I stayed 1 night before catching a flight at JFK, it's 5 minute walk from airport so very handy right beside fast food places to east and provides breakfast! Next door to gas station too. But the area had me on edge, loud and a bit rough.
The staff were amazingly ring my stay. I would recpmend the hotel as a pin point stop over but definitely not a luxury long term stay. Although I would stay again as it was reasonable prince.

We had to stay in New York City overnight after a flight in from Milan, Italy, before continuing on with our flights. Hotel shuttle picked us up from airport, then took us back to airport next day. We had a club room, and it was excellent!

I arrived the night before an international flight at JFK. The airport shuttle was convenient. The other passengers were flight crews, so I was encouraged that this hotel was a good choice for my travel needs. The hotel room was clean and roomy. There was a very nice restaurant attached to the hotel by a long corridor. The server there was fantastic.
The included breakfast was standard fare. The shuttle arrived on time.

"Nice Hotel near JFK but no noise issue- impressed!"
I stayed there for 3 nights for a business trip and I found it excellent! Staffs are welcoming and have cordial attitude. The entrance is lively and vibrant. This is the first hotel where I see Keurig coffee maker with pots-always my favorite. Bathroom supply, cleanliness and housekeeping was excellent. Definitely I will consider this hotel first for my next visit to New York.

If you need a reasonable place to stay to catch am early morning flight, Courtyard is the place. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Kemar at the front desk was very pleasant during check-in and check out. Another lady was helpful giving directions and getting me a cab. These may seem like standard courtesies of hotel staff but I have had experiences at hotels where the check in clerks were surly and made you feel like they were doing you a favour, not at the Courtyard Marriott.
