Best bang for your buck!
Awesome hotel! Free parking! Cozy rooms that are a little dated but it didn’t bother us. The breakfast has orange juice, coffee, donuts, croissants, apples, instant oatmeal, etc. It’s about a 10 min walk to the subway to go to NYC which wasn’t bad at all. Andrea, the front desk attendant was very helpful and told us how to get to the subway station. This is the best bang for your buck if you’re looking to go to NYC. There are a couple fast food places and gas stations nearby if you need something quick. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect for a trip to the city. 10 minute walk to train station. Very affordable and free parking is a big plus. I would stay there again.

We had an excellent stay at Holland hotel. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Free parking and proximity to NYC were both huge bonuses for us. Hotel is older but super clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a room that faced the road with a lot of traffic. We sleep with the fan on so we didn’t hear any traffic. Rooms on that side might be troublesome for light sleepers. We will definitely visit again.

Coffee was great. Sleep was good. I stayed for two nights with my children very convenient. We just moved to a 4* in time square for our last few nights. The Holland hotel was so much better and cleaner, warmer with a much more homely feeling.

The Holland Hotel had friendly staff, a very convenient location, and was clean. While they offered breakfast, it was minimum. But we were grateful for fresh croissants, fruit, and coffee. I would definitely return for advantages it offers.

We stayed two nights and loved the hotel. Located not too far from Newport subway station. Free parking is important. There is a plenty of parking space! The breakfast and coffee are included which is neat. The staff is friendly and caring. Overall we recommend the hotel.

Good basic hotel to visit NYC
We stayed at The Holland after driving to NYC for a week long family trip. The hotel is well located, close to the PATH, includes a continental breakfast to kick off our site seeing. It was clean, comfortable, affordable. Conveniently located and with friendly, attentive staff. I would stay here again!
