This is a fairly nice hotel. The parking is somewhat odd as the building is round so the parking garage has huge posts between the lines. We had to park on the street one night as the spaces are really small. The staff was friendly. We had an issue with our air conditioner leaking and I let the front desk know. Maintenance was supposed to come to look at it and place a fan to dry carpet. Maintenance never showed, and by Sunday morning when we were checking out, the carpet was saturated all the way past the bed. It was NOT fun stepping on wet carpet to get to bed with wet feet. We were not offered another room or any sort of compensation for this. We had to push all luggage up and off the floor to ensure items did not get wet. The room itself was nice with updated features. The toilet paper dispenser was really far away from toilet so you had to reach pretty far to get it...lol.

the room smelled as though damp- the ceiling in several core areas was falling in, wallpaper coming off; just needs some TLC. the floors in the bathroom are super slick if your feet are damp when getting out of the shower- potential hazard. positives- bed was super comfy; lots of variety in pillows. staff were incredible nice and breakfast for on the road was SWEET!! who ever does the eggs did one heck of a job there!! super clean dining area. cleaning lady was so nice

Asked for quiet room because I needed to sleep well. Asked if any loud teens or young families nearby. Assured it would be quiet.
Early morning young kids running and jumping on the floor above us for over 2 hrs. Young kids screaming across the hall at 5:00 am. Called staff but noise continued.
Should be separate section for famies. I always took my kids out of the hotel to play if too loud and taught them to respect others.

Not bad other than some loud people above my room on the next floor up jumping up and down like monkeys. Tv set was an old 1990 set, which should be in a landfill now that flat screens have been around for 10 years. The owner was nice, Mr. Patel. An outlet by the bathroom sink didn't work. At first I thought the coffee pot was broken, then I found out it was the wall outlet.
