The parking lot is small, but had no problem getting a space there. The room was small, but very nicely updated and met all our needs. The ice maker was outside the room, I was concerned about noise from the ice maker, but this was not an issue. The room was a little stuffy, but improved by just adjusting the A/C some. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable.

We stayed for one night in this hotel. It was better than what we were expecting. Quite roomy. Living space, kitchenette, and king size bed. It had a great view of the mountains. We walked to the restaurant and it was really good for dinner. For breakfast, we did the buffet and I wouldn't recommend that. Some of the items were not very warm. Other than that, great place to stay!

We had a wonderful 6 night stay at Calla’s Palace. The owner is lovely, welcoming and hospitable. She had a playpen set up that we were able to use for our 5 month old. The rooms are spacious and the home was beautifully decorated as the owner is artistic. The turn style lock on the washroom worked well and we felt safe staying in the home. The owner’s dog was lovely and was kept out of our way in a different section of the house. Calla’s Palace is extremely convenient as it is a two minute walk to the shops and restaurants in downtown Jasper. The owner is also highly knowledgeable about things to do in the area.

We booked last minute during peak season. Only stayed one night and never really spent much time at the hotel. It was a place to sleep. Limited parking on the premises. Overflow parking is on the street and one my have to walk a ways later a night.
