We were double upgraded to a junior suite uverlooking lac Beauvert. Amazing comfort, views and classy staff. When my husband told them it was our birthdays we were given a bottle of wine and a beautiful dish year included chocolate covered strawberries.
The dinner was very good, service and venue excellent. Again we were given a delicious dessert comps of the hotel.
We opted for the buffet breakfast...excellent.
You pay a bit extra at Fairmont Hotels but it is worth it.
Tammy at the front desk went above and beyond

Decent location, not too far from downtown Jasper. Great mountain views, decent parking (although could be better), and a nice restaurant on-site. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Good value for an expensive mountain town.

Nice hotel and staff. Only issue is when we opened the sheets we noticed hairs and a stain as if the sheets were not changed. Asked for a new set, had them brought to the room and was not an issue. Would definitely stay again.
