The "400" series rooms have a loft-very quaint and spacious. Location: it is a long walk to downtown Jasper, but we love to walk so it was great. The pool is large and the hot tub is reasonably hot. Beware of this motel if you have mobility issues.

This is our second stay at Fairmont's JPL, we have chosen to go here to simply relax and get away from our hectic work schedules. JPL and it's staff never let us down! We go during what is often a slower time which is perfect for us. The Lodge and grounds are fairly quiet. There are activities to partake in if you wish, we simply prefer to go for walks around the grounds, sit in the lounge or head down to the coffee shop and get a great cappuccino.
The staff always go out of their way to aid you in whatever you may need. This year with the addition of in house entertainment (Neil Harnett) is a huge plus in our option! Instead of heading back to our cabin after suppers, we always stayed and enjoyed the music A huge benefit for JPL and not so much to our wallets...but not complaining! Look forward to going back for our next 'holiday' and look forward to seeing many of the familiar staff members again.

The staff was helpful and friendly, I always appreciate that. The room was standard and very clean. The hotels and the facilities in it had an interesting layout, not appealing in my opinion. Generally had a great time, would highly recommend Jasper Pride to anyone.

We stayed in a queen size room. Shared bathroom next door. Breakfast nook outside the bedroom. The television in the room did not work. Louise, the host, is very pleasant and amiable. Guests are free to come and go. Breakfast is quite plain--some fruit, standard grocery store bread to make toast, cold cereal, instant coffee or tea.

The room was large and had two queen beds. The beds were comfortable, the TV was large and loud, the bathroom was clean and well stocked. It was all in all a very nice room. The only thing that was missing was the decor was slightly dated. But frankly, I dont care about that. I love Chataeu Jasper and I stay there every time I come to Jasper.
