This is a very fun hotel with a distinctive NY Urban feel. The beds were AMAZING and the shower rain-soak style shower heads were perfection. My room had a great view of the river and was extremely quiet. A great place to work, socialize, or use as a base camp to explore the area.

Overall it wasn't a bad experience but I was not aware of the construction that was going on at the hotel which wasn't desirable, however it was manageable. I understand that the construction was to make the hotel nicer so it was ok.

We are frequent comic con goers and we stayed at this hotel last year. They were even better this year! The hotels fresh young staff was very pleasant and they were able to help us and make great reccomendatikns for local shops. Everyone was great! Our room was exceptional and overall the stay was the best we’ve stayed at in a long time.
My only complaint was in regards to the dinner at the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was I’ve cooked and very bland and the loud Disney music was sickening and really didn’t match the vibe of the bar and restaurant. We both agreed we would not eat there again next year.

I chose the Biltmore for the RICC event due to its proximity to the Convention Center. I booked the standard king room and although it was clean, it was by no means luxurious. The bathroom was small and rather quaint with fixtures in need of updating. Overall, it was a little pricey considering the quality of the furnishings. I would stay here again if I can get a better rate on the room.

Nice pool/hot tub/spa/restaurant. Didn't get the room I paid for though. I paid for a room with a queen bed for 2 adults, got a room with 2 full beds, didn't get an explanation as to why, would have liked what I paid for. Also the front desk lady thought I was under the age of 17 (I'm 21 my partner is 22) even though she had my ID in her hands, then still had to ask someone else if it was okay to take my ID, which doesn't make sense seeing as I'm 21, a quick look at the d.o.b on my license will tell you that much. Then came off kind of condescending when asking if the hotel hold on my credit card was too much for me (maybe I was just annoyed at this point)

A popular getaway destination, Jamestown is located on the 9 mile by 1 mile Conanicut Island, which is connected to the mainland by two bridges, and is also served by a local passenger ferry. Most of the village’s main sights lay on Narragansett Avenue, which is bordered on each end by a marina. Locally-owned businesses abound in Jamestown, as the town has no chain restaurants or stores.
