The hotel has a lot of charm and elegance. It is close to all of the local attractions. The only downside was because we booked through Expedia, they indicated they couldn't print us a receipt showing room charges for the breakfast buffet and drinks from the Tavern, so we could confirm the charges.

The hotel sits below a stunning ledge of rock nestled far from the main hustle and bustle of North Conway. It was only a short drive but felt quiet and secluded. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including a lovely restaurant and bar. The restaurant has stunning views across the mountains, but as we were a party of five we were not allowed to sit by the window which was disappointing.
In our rooms, we had a keurig coffee maker, which we didn't use, a TV, fridge and two comfortable double beds. The bathroom had plenty of towels and delightfully, aveda products (my products of choice at home too). A nice touch.
Staff were very personable, especially the bar and restaurant staff. Our waiter, Evan, from the first night, came over to chat to us the second day to see how our day had been.
Overall, a fabulous hotel experience.

We had a great time. Close to Storyland, shopping and many restaurants. The indoor water park was fun for everyone in the family. Breakfast was delicious and a must! My only complaint would be the loft room with the stairs. It was hard to keep my 2yo and 1yo from going up and down the stairs. Then the upstairs had a banister that didn't smell really sturdy.

The Inn at Jackson is a quaint B&B in a quaint town. The hotel and rooms were VERY clean. The breakfasts were exceptional....as were the staff, who spoke with pride about working at the Inn. We arrived about 9:00 pm and were made to feel right at home....from the day we arrived to the day we left. Manicured landscaping that was a joy to look out on from every angle.
