We really loved everything about this place and the manager Tori was really amazing, but we had 1 incident. I left my wedding ring and another ring in the room and realized it about 45 minutes after checking out. When I called, the housekeeper had already been in the room and she said the rings weren't there. I know they were! After several phone calls and blatantly accusing the housekeeper of pocketing them, 2 days later they miraculously were found by another guest under some chairs in a room I was never in. I don't care how they got there, I'm just happy to have them back. I credit the manager Tori for putting pressure on her staff enough that someone felt guilty and planted them in a location that they would be found. Having said all that, I would definitely recommend this place. The location is perfect and we loved being able to relax on the front porch after aong day. Just remember your rings!

A great location and really nice beds (mattress and bedding). Those things and a clean room are all I need for a very comfortable stay. I don't mind that the hotel is a little old. We had a fabulous time. The check-in was easy and quick.

Staff members Leif and Elden are great. Very helpful and friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean.
Plastic key didn't work on the door because of cold so had to be moved to a different room. I liked to location of the hotel as it was only three blocks to the main square. Bus is across the street to get to Teton Village. Got a free one way bus pass to Teton Village. I found everyone in Jackson Hole very helpful and friendly. Would go back in a heartbeat and stay at the Lexington. Good value as it also included breakfast.

We were on our honeymoon and driving down from Yellowstone in mid October. Our trip took a bit of a turn when our air mattress deflated at 3am and we found ourselves sleeping on the snow the night before we got to Jackson.
We already had the room booked so we figured we'd just start driving and see if they'd let us check in a few hours early.
Tired sore cold...you name it;we arrived in Jackson and not only did they allow us to check in early, they upgraded our room to the best suite at the hotel.
The manager chatted with us personally, recommended an amazing place for dinner, made sure we got coffee and provided the worlds most amazing room upgrade. After the night we'd had,it moved me to tears and just MADE our honeymoon so special.
The suite was gorgeous, everyone was SO helpful and we absolutely loved our stay! I would never stay anywhere else in Jackson and would highly recommend this place to all our friends!
We'll be back for sure!:)

We enjoyed our long weekend in Jackson. The hotel is in walking distance to some of the highly recommended restaurants. Actually Jackson is a small town, but it’s nice to walk after a long day of driving.
The only issue was the carpet had dirty spots. Which is ok, but who wants to walk on a carpet with unknown dirty spots.
Otherwise, the front desk people were very helpful, people who cleaned the room are thorough, and it’s a treat to have a washer and dryer in the room.
I would stay there again with sleepers or maybe they should include them with the robe.

We were two couples traveling together. The location of Hotel Jackson made it easy for each person to to do his/her own thing then meet up with the group for a drink or a meal or a trip to a museum or other place of interest.
We enjoyed driving to the Park and having a choice of hikes and beautiful scenery.

Surrounded by the majestic Grand Tetons on all sides, Jackson is a resort town, complete with boutiques, cowboy boots, and mansions. Its eclectic Town Square features everything from art galleries to sports shops. After sailing down Jackson Hole’s slopes, skiers can contemplate the Cowboy Bar’s western murals, pamper themselves at local spas, and saddle up at the rugged Jackson Hole Rodeo.
