The hotel is very very nice. However, you probably won't want to spend too much time there for cocktails. 2 drinks at the tiki bar were $26.00. The restaurant was rather pricey as well. But the rooms are very comfortable and the staff was great. It's in a great location. We flew into Miami, and drove down to this hotel. We also drove down to Key West and back with plenty of time to spare. The resort fees seemed like alot. We did use the chauffer service 2 nights, driving us 2.5 miles down the road. But not worth the $158 we paid for resort fees.

Beautiful property! Close to lots of attractions if you even choose to leave the resort. Nice restaurants and bars right on site. At first I thought the $25 resort fee was ridiculous but it includes, paddle boards, bikes, water bikes, kayaks.. just renting a paddle board would cost you $25, def worth it!

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and a kayaking and paddling shop. It was very noisy at night with highway traffic. The staff was lackluster and would not give an inch on the 11 am checkout.

Awesome beauty tucked beneath the coconut trees. Beach bungalows were very nice. Extremely quiet private beach. A great place to relax and enjoy the peacefulness. Staff was courteous and eager to help.

First thing we realized when we got there was the air conditioning was broken. (It was 85 degrees outside). The man at the front desk bent over backwards to get it fixed, and eventually it did get fixed. But, it was too late to shower and change to go out for our first night's dinner. He made up for it by refunding our first night's stay, which I thought was extremely generous and showed great customer service. This is an older resort, and you can tell there have been upgrades, but our overall experience was very positive. It was a bit noisy during our stay, but it was to be expected during one of the busiest times of the year. I'd go back again.
