Booked onto the hotel via Expedia; a good price for the stay. Room was cold, with no more than a tiny electric heater to heat it,however.
The website offers a number of shots of the bedrooms, but my room (103) looked tired and in need of a bit of love.
The room was clean and tidy, however, and the bathroom was fine.

Our room looked directly across at Inverness Castle. Hotel is a five minute walk to city centre. Rooms very clean and well appointed. Leisure facilities good - pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym. Breakfast very good with lots of choice - buffet style. Only complaint is that room was too hot during the night and unable to turn down radiator so had to open windows which made it a bit noisy.

Inverness is the most northerly city in the British Isles and lies in the heart of the vast Scottish Highlands. Ness Islands Walk takes visitors upstream from the city centre, where the cathedral and war memorial can be spotted on the approach to the small islands in the middle of the river. Inverness is a great base for exploring; the city is around 21 km from the shores of the renowned Loch Ness.
