Nice hotel very conveniently located near Ikebukuro station. Hotel staff extremely helpful. Our first room, the room temperature was not adjustable so it was extremely warm. Our second room was much better.

The hotel is right near the major shopping areas and is ideally located right across the street from the train station. Part of the hotel was being updated when we stayed there buto the part we saw was very nice.

The hotel room was very small. Barely any room for the two of us and little room to open the luggage. The air conditioner didn't seem to work as we have set it at its lowest temperature and was still too warm in the room. Room had a bunch of markings on the wall throughout the room. Otherwise, the hotel had breakfast provided downstairs at Denny's, which was decent. The hotel location was good and close to station.

The rooms were clean and neat, though kind of squeezy. Hotel staff were able to converse in English and provided luggage storage services before and after checking in which made our stay extremely convenient. Overall, it was a good bargain.

Stayed 3 nights. Comfortable and staff was nice. Free refreshment of cold/hot drink at every lvl.
They only issue one key per room which was kind of inconvenience if you have more than 1 guest. Overall a plesant stay.

The city’s largest, fastest, and biggest call this neighborhood home. In addition to the world’s largest automobile showroom (Toyota Amlux), it boasts the fastest escalator (at the Tokyo Metropolitan Building Art Space) and two of the world’s largest department stores. A 10-hectare garden, one of Tokyo’s best, is just three subway stops from here.
