"Nicely surprised"
This was a one night stay, booked as a stop over between 3 places I was visiting in this region. I was as the title suggests "nicely surprised" by the new hobbit. I was surprised by the drive up to it, by the view across the valley and by the quality of the place. This is a really nice place to stay where the staff are excellent, the food great (dinner and breakfast) and the room both quiet, clean and restful.

"Nice hotel"
Stayed for one night so that we could go to a concert. It took about 15 minutes to walk into the heart of Leeds. The room was fine but there could have been a range of pillows provided in the room. Too plump for my liking and the central heating was noisy. Other than that it was good.

"Our Stay "
Very, clean and attractive from when you enter the reception, the rooms similar. When we arrived, there was no record of our booking and unfortunately had a room without a TV and it took a day before one was bought to the room. However the manager kindly provided us with an complimentary additional room for our 4 day stay at no further cost.

"beautiful place to stay"
stayed overnight in this beautiful area of Holmirth, the Rooms at the Nook are on a small back cobbled road, well secluded but close to everything you need. The staff are excellent and so is the breakfast. The room we stayed in was very quiet and well furnished. The bathroom was extremely modern and surprisingly quite large. Theres the pub and next to it is the tap rooms and above over the yard was our room. We will definitly stay here again as I would hightly recommend this place.
