"Great hotel on the ocean. "
We had a room with a view. Very enjoyable to look out each morning and see the ocean. The room was clean & comfortable - however the bed headboard could use an upgrading! The restaurants were good and staff very friendly - English was not a problem. Enjoyed the sailing and kayaking. Would return again

"Wonderful hotel right on the beach"
Loved it, private and very quiet beach. Very pretty hotel, not just a big box. There were a few hiccups (late night party and speakers were right outside our room, a/c not working one day) but hotel staff addressed everything immediately (moved us to another room for a night). Very conscious, kind, and quick staff. Ask about the restaurants when you check in (kind of confusing because not all open all the time). Had great food at all of them. Very close walk to Don Profirio (in front of Dreams) which was also great food. Plunge pool room was great! Had a great stay, can't wait to go back!

We will definitely return to Las Brisas Huatulco! Just spent an incredibly relaxing week there. Sailing and snorkelling were highlights. Great morning walks into nearby towns. Food was great!

"Pure relaxation!!"
Fantastic food, fantastic views. So nice to not have to do reservations to eat. So as much or as little as you want!! Downside always someone trying to sell timeshare. Got a little tiring

"Huge potential, great beach"
Hotel staff are awesome but only 2 spoke any English at all. Communication can be a challenge. There was no presence of management that I saw on the front lines. Front desk has no float and struggles to make change so come with lots of 20s and 50s if you wanna tip. Built on a hillside so I wouldn't recommend this spot for anyone with mobility issues. Good gym if all you want is cardio equipment- no weights at all. Restaurant supposed to be open at 7am, but at 8 they're still setting tables, putting spoons into dishes at the buffet. They really seemed short staffed. Staff super nice. Hot days, cool water, decent snorkelling right off the beach, protected bay, not windy when we were there. Breakfast and lunch buffet, dinner a la carte and really good food with incredible presentation. Service slow, again due to staff shortages. Great rooms, everything worked well, beds sooooooo comfy, shower blasts you with heaps of pressure, nice air con, TV only a couple channels in English...

Villas Fa-Sol

"Lovely small, family run facility. Beautiful site."
Spent a week. Two couples. Each had the (lower end) rooms, facing the back. We loved the Villas Fa-Sol. The beach attached to the hotel is small and not really swimmable, but there is a lovely quiet beach down a path next door. Breakfast is fruit, yogourt and granola, eggs or french toast, juice and coffee. The rooms were a bit dated, but very clean. Beds were hard, but some folks like that. The pool area is very nice, lots of lounge chair under coconut palms. The staff are all lovely, helpful and solicitous. The owner, Guillermo, took us out on his beautiful boat for a ride up the coast. A dolphin led us for a bit, adding to the beauty of this day. A great spot, probably not so much for families with little kids as there is not a lot for them to do. The place was quiet and very relaxing. The opposite of most all-inclusives we have experienced. Wish we were back there now.

"Beautiful hotel. Very nice location "
The hotel is pretty with a great location and convenient pool and beach right out the door. Breakfast in the restaurant was great every morning. Service is a bit slow in hotel. Seems like staff needs some training. Also we had to endure construction noise throughout the stay... ich. Weird art and alligators throughout the hotel seems out of place . No phones in rooms to call for service. But all in all. A nice hotel and a wonderful stay.

Quinta Real Huatulco

Paseo Benito Juárez, Lote 2, Huatulco - Map

"Unique Resort Hotel "
The Quinta Real is a unique hotel with all the services of a resort "on call" but without the hassle of crowds. The main hotel facilities are located on the top of a hill overlooking one of the beautiful Huatulco Bays. There are 28 rooms and suites. Our room... and I believe all of the rooms... had a beautiful view of the bay from our private balcony. The resort has a private beach accessed by a path leading down past the suites, resort condominiums, beach pool area, restaurant, and spa. The beach "concierge" Moises can arrange for hobby cat sailing, private fishing or snorkeling trips (up to six hours), jet skiing, etc. The beach attendant, "Flavio" is a good man to know. He gets you fixed up under a grass roofed structure so that you can enjoy the beach without cooking in the hot sun. Their private beach is spotless, quiet, children can play on their own, and adults can relax without the blare of Katy Perry in the background. The pool does have music playing but you can ask them to turn it down. There is a tennis court and instructors if required.

"Great Vacation"
The Park Royal is a good hotel, especially for the price. The staff is attentive and accommodating. The grounds and buildings are very well kept. It is quiet at night and the area is safe and fun. The food is good, not great, but you will not go hungry. We do not speak Spanish but had very little problem in that regard. The beach palapa area is quite small so get their early if you want shade. Our only complaint, and it is a minor one, is the music at the beach pool area was way to loud for our senior ears. We usually went to other beaches from 11 am till 4 or so to escape. There are plenty to choose from....La Bocana was our favorite.

Huatulco is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Huatulco, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Huatulco hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
