T.V. did not work, bed bugs, no one at front desk to check In I waited 30 mins. Breakfast they only had coffee when they advertise breakfast! It was HORIBBLE. ROOM SMELLED LIKE SMOKE EVEN THO I ASKED FOR A NON SMOKING ROOM. COUCH HAD TEARS, WATER PRESSURE SUCKED AND HOMELESS HANGING AROUND HOTEL !! NEVER AGAIN !!! VERY POOR RUNNED !! I HATED IT !!

Bathroom shower and sink leaks; ac unit leaking water on floor; no do not disturb placard-had to ask twice for that and had to ask twice for an alarm clock; no telephone. 1st morning "breakfast" was picked over by 7am, nothing replenished. Long-term rental "guests" kind of sketchy; smoke detector faulty, reported that, they didnt fix it. Good: television worked. This is my second stay at this hotel. The advertising pictures show its been updated-NOT. Will never stay here again.

Crappy hotel.

My stay was awful only 2 hours. The room and the hotel was horrible. But because of the way i booked the room i could not get a refund. The couxh in room 222 was broken . The bed covers had cigarette burns on them. The floor and carpet was wet from gid knows what. The manager was a very rude person who did not take my claims seriously. This was by far the worst hotel i have ever been to.
