Good hotel for price. Lobby smelled like smoke but our non smoking room did not which was good. Comfortable room. Quiet.
We stayed here for price as the city was packed and rates were high. Its pretty far and drive is long because traffic in Philly is a beast.
Overall, I would stay here again for rate and comfort.

The hotel is wonderful, my only complaint would be is the noise level of the housekeeping staff in the hall. My room was right across from the linen storage and it was very loud every morning and I could not sleep. Other than that I always enjoy staying at this hotel when I come to visit my daughter. I will just be sure to ask for a different room next time.

Overall it was a nice stay for one night. Even tho, we had to give a $250 deposit because we paid cash for our room. But we did get it back before we left. The breakfast offered was pretty nice as well. It would have been nice if they had silverware or a few dishes in the room to use for food and such. So we had to make the best out of it!

I have had generally good results with other Courtyard Hotels so chose this one because it was centrally located for a family funeral. My two sisters and I reserved two rooms and arrived around 8pm, tired from a 15-hour drive. The lone employee at the check-in desk was on the phone with a customer and we had to wait about ten minutes until she finished the call, which was rather irritating. Otherwise, the hotel was fine.

Montgomery County, northeast of Philadelphia, features an extensive trail system and a glimpse into America’s history. In Horsham, the colonial Keith House, built in 1722, resides in the 42-acre Graeme Park. The adjacent borough of Hatboro celebrates Halloween for two weeks each year during the HatOber Fest. South of Horsham, eight miles of hiking trails loop through the Pennypack Preserve.
