I have stayed at this hotel for many years now, it is very convenient for getting to the airport, the regular pick up bus service makes life easy.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, my only challenge is that it is often too hot in the room, I would like to have a stronger air conditioning system, otherwise it has always been a good stay.

We enjoyed our night at Ambers Aparthotel. The room was small but cosy and for 1 night it was definitely more than enough. It was clean and comfortable, it had an ensuite with a good shower, a few essentials (iron, hairdryer,etc..). It's not far from the motorway(very handy for us as we had to go down to Brighton and I found that even for a 30m-35m drive it still compensated staying here). It wasn't at all noisy.
The only downside is when in the toilet we could hear everything from the room next door and what I probably think is a water cistern(?!) every time someone(even the room next door) would use the toilet, shower or handbasin.
I only spoke to the girl who checked-us in, system was easy and straightforward and I also spoke to someone else on the phone(unfortunately didn't get the name)but very nice trying to help me with something that I thought I had left behind.
Ultimately it was a positive experience and I would recommend this hotel if for a quick stay.

Hotel out in the lovely Surrey countryside just 4 miles from Gatwick. Only stayed for one night prior to picking up someone from Gatwick airport early in the monring. Lots of parking, FOC for one night. Check-in caused me concern as a coach party arrived and caused a bit of chaos for an inexperienced receptionist but the Manager calmly sorted it. An old hotel but from what I saw it had been refurbished. So many rooms, quite small and a lot of them including my room are internal so no window but there was a sky-light, which was fine for 1 overnighter. I was actually surprised how clean the room was!! restaurant was clean and modernised. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice and really tasty! Staff were very freindly and helpful. I was disappointed that the wi-fi didn't extend to the room due to the size of the hotel, you had to go to the main area of the hotel wi-fi hotspot which is no good for skyping family abroad which can be very noisy. Overall though I was very happy with the hotel and would use it again for value for money.

This was a perfect place to stay, the host was so gracious and clearly wanted everything to go perfectly for our stay. Restaurants were minutes away, the rooms were well kept and the ride to the airport was cheaper than the cab to the guest house. The breakfast was very nice as well.

Nice and friendly with a family homely atmosphere. Stopped there two nights and was very pleased with the service. If they were to improve the outside of the building they eould probably get a lot more customers. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and rooms all modern.
