Hotel was conveniently situated for me, but entrance was on a backstreet with room for taxi to stop, and reception on 3rd floor. My room on the 25th floor was adequate but small, ensuite bathroom was fine, and working a/c much appreciated. I only tried the breakfast once - limited choice and terrible coffee. But plenty good pastries in local bakery.

The location of the hotel is close to busy Times Square, perfect for shopping and dining. It is also close to transportation. I appreciate the daily house keeping. However, the entry to the hotel is a tiny back door of the building . I wish there is a clear and big sign of the hotel name on the door.

Good quality, affordable hotel

Good quality hotel for its price. Rooms are kept very cold and are cleaned daily. Hotel will only store bags until 6PM. Rooms are not large but are more than enough.

Excellent location for this Best Western! General Best Western are about three to three and half stars in the U.S. But this Best Western is more like a Four to four and half star hotel and the price was exceedingly well price and best value for your money. I will stay here again next time I’m in Hong Kong!

This was really a four star hotel in terms of room quality and scenic room views of Hong Kong skyline being spectacular! The convenience of the MTR public transportation nearby along with a plethora of restaurants and high end shopping malls make this an ideal place to stay!!

I was a little worried when I read all the negative reviews. One even said this property gives Best Western a bad name. Ummm. I assume you’re not from the US since this is the nicest Best Western I’ve seen. If you want a hotel with large rooms, you can always pay above $300/ night at a 3.5 to 5 star hotels. Just like all big city 3stars and below hotels in Tokyo, NYC, London, Singapore etc, rooms are always small. This property has small rooms but not too small. I haven’t hit my ankle or knee cap on anything in my 7 night stay. They have 4 fast elevators running non stop from the main lobby (3rd floor to the top floor). There’s only 10 rooms per floor. The minute you approach the front desk, the staff are very attentive, friendly, helpful and accommodating. When you walk in your room, the room is very clean and looks amazing for a hotel that’s over 10 yrs old. The body wash and the conditioning shampoo are not bad at all. Sheets are very white and stain free. The air conditioner works really well cooling down the room and runs 24hrs a day. Yes! The mattress is very firm. If you want soft mattress, don’t know if they have an option for that. But the towels are clean and large. Water pressure is strong. I just wish the light above the sink is brighter so I can see better while shaving. The location is perfect for me. It’s located on one side of the bridge where all the local hole in the walls are at and the other side of the bridge is Time Square shopping mall/area.

I found that the hotel was just not up to par with the best western name. Towels were literally face cloth sized. Hotel rooms were dirty with mold forming around silicon seals in bath tub. Hotel walls and windows just doesn’t look like it’s been maintained at all. Air condition was minimal to no cold air. Best part was the staff which gave great customer service. Management needs to step up and re-evaluate their facility as it is truly not up to par. I made the decision to move to a new hotel on my 2nd night out of a 5 night booking.

Hotel location was off a main street and far from waterfront. Rooftop terrace is misleading with limited city view. Room was small with no amenities. Front desk reluctant to call for taxi ... have to walk a few blocks to flag one down
