"Hotel with nice night view!"
There is nice view at night along the river bank, near to hotel. Although it's not near to Osaka train station, but it's still accessible via the shuttle bus. The bad experience is that Housekeeper left the rubbish bag on the table??? And took one of our room key???

"Great place in the heart of Namba"
We had a great experience at the hotel. It is located in a great location. People who are trying to figure out direction: From Namba subway station, take Namba walk (underground) and take B26 exit. It is right there when you exit. The rooms are very spacious and being Japan of course pretty clean! The best thing about the hotel: Its breakfast. Be sure to book the room that includes breakfast (the add-on price I believe is 1600 Yen)

"Nice, clean and comfortable hotel"
This is a nice clean hotel, and has a nice spa area upstairs. It seems to be in a quieter part of town, not right in the middle of the restaurants, night life etc. It is an easy 20-30 minute stroll to the busier area. Best access is by Higobashi subway, not Watanabebashi train station. The train station is on a separate railway to JR, so you have to change a couple of times and buy a separate ticket. The subway is cheaper, easier, more direct and is much closer that it looks on google maps. Free wifi is good and works well. The rooms are modern and clean, but compact in comparison to other hotels I stayed in while in Japan. Big bathrooms though. I paid for the buffet breakfast, but didn't find it as good as the others I had in Japan. It was a bit cramped, and they didn't seem to be replenishing some of the items in the last hour of service.

"cheap & cheerful "
Small room - but rooms seem to be much smaller in japan. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Near the subway station and can get train to and from airport. 5 mins walk to Osaka castle. There are near by cafe and restaurants too. Would highly recommend for a cheap and cheerful option.

"Excellent in every way"
Room is very clean and big. The bathroom is amazing as well, each room has a big bathtub and we were given two packs of bath salt each day. Location is perfect, 5 mins walk to shinsaibashi and dotonbori. Also 5 mins walk to namba station, which is very convenient as you can go to major stations like Shin Osaka station (JR station) and Umeda without changing lines. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.

"Great location, really enjoy the hot bath"
The hotel is a few minute of walk to Namba and Dontabari canal, so it's in the heart of the action to all the best food and shopping for Osaka. Beware of all the tourists near the hotel since it's on a busy street. The hot bath is the hotel is really a bonus that my wife and I enjoyed during our stay. The room is about normal for Japanese standard, small, clean, and efficient. Great stay for visit to Osaka.

"Best staff in Japan!"
Staff welcomes you like no other 0kace! They are warm and friendly, super helpful and always ready to serve. It is my most favorite place because of the staff. Starbucks is next door, convenience store across street and it's either a 15 minute walk or 700 yen ride to Osaka station and a 1000 ride to shin Osaka. Rooms are lovely offering 2 pillow types. Beds are firm but I never woke up sore. It's my Osaka hotel!

"Good city centre hotel"
Hotel Monterey is very close (5 minutes walk) to Osaka station in Umeda (not Shin-Osaka) with all of the shops and restaurants around the station. We were able to base ourselves there and do days out to the tourist hotspots near Osaka. The hotel is very clean, the staff are polite and the breakfast is good. Although the hotel is based in a business office area, tourists are as welcome as business people. The hotel hosts many weddings and business meetings, so the lifts are on occasion overwhelmed.

Higashiyodogawa is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Higashiyodogawa, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Higashiyodogawa hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
