Very small room the twin beds were pushed together with less thanks foot either side. Was difficult especially as there was a metal radiator between the bedabpnd the window.
It was not possible to pass without catching the radiator. Only 1 chair for 2 occupants.
Room looked out on to heating ducts etc which became active approx 6am creating quite a noise.
Curtains not properly hung. No tie backs but holes inwalls where they should have been fixed.
Looked a bit tatty and tired.

Had an overnight stay with my 2 daughters as we were in Harrogate to see a show.....we shared one of the family rooms - 1 double and 2 singles. The staff we came across were polite, helpful and friendly, especially the girl on reception. Breakfast was good and again staff polite and helpful.
The hotel was just a short walk from the HIC where we were going - a bit of a hill to get back up to the hotel!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely room and the facilities were very good.
The is a bus stop outside the rear of the hotel and buses run every 7 minutes into the bust station in the city centre. The return bus also stops outside the hotel. We would stay hear again if visiting Harrogate.
