The hotel is well situated walking distance to Bridgehampton and near great restaurants and stores. The atmosphere is elegant yet Hampton's beachy. The bathrooms and amenities were all on point. The only small inconvience was
the king bed was really two beds pushed together. Make sure to request the proper beds and you can avoid this situation. Enjoy!!!

This Inn has it's high points (location, breakfast, staff) but it has some drawbacks too (my room was only reachable via an external metal staircase, the rug was thread bare thin, no phone (so no way to reach front desk), no clock, linens weren't changed daily, no seating room to just sit and read or relax). They are missing some small touches that would drive it to excellent.
The basics are very good but some of the comforts and conveniences are missing.

Wonderful spot right on a private ocean beach with friendly and accommodating staff. Plenty of thick cushioned loungers on the beach and also great hanging hammock chairs. Beach attendant shoveled holes in the sand to set us up with beach umbrellas and tiki hut palapas, and came by with free water, ices and fruit snacks. They have grills you can use and refrigerators and kitchenettes in every room/suite so people were cooking and passing around extra burgers, and the hotel has two refrigerators of free food in the lobby if we needed anything. The crowd was friendly and nice and we couldn't help but relax. We really felt like we were far away from Long Island in a Caribbean resort. There was some new outdoor exercise equipment, outdoor games and things your could borrow from the lobby like card and board games. Firepit table on the lawn and campfire on the beach every night with free marshmallows and chocolate.
Definitely a fun place and we will be back soon!

The Inn is a beautiful hotel with unbelievably extensive and well-maintained landscaping. It is a popular venue for weddings and receptions with all the necessary facilities. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. We used it as a base to visit some of the many wineries on the Long Island north fork.

What a lovely little motel. The rooms were comfortable but the bathroom remodling job looked unfinished. The floors were very cute. The tennis courts do not look like they do in your ad. The breakfast was fine but the same each day. It was a little noisy with the street right there and it was very difficult to get out and turn left to head to Southampton. The price was just right and it was convenient

Every summer, Hollywood celebrities and Manhattan power brokers descend on the Hamptons to while away time at mammoth, ocean-side homes. Their wealth and fame bring exclusivity, as well as the paparazzi and gossip columnists. However, mere mortals can enjoy the area beaches, sand dunes, and quaint Main Street, which features high-end boutiques such as Gucci and Tiffany & Co.
