I enjoyed my stay because it's very convenient to the shopping center, major restaurants and the Hampton coliseum which is my main purpose of choosing this hotel. Quiet and away from traffic because it's tuck in from major highways.
The front desk staff is very helpful and courteous!
The only set back is the free breakfast they advertise which is really nothing ! They only served coffee and small individual packed muffin like a grab-to-go breakfast. No fruit or juice or bottled water at least . The price I paid for a junior suite was cheap than I expected -- of course reserving way ahead of time makes a big difference:)
But overall it was a pleasant stay and would go back there again !

Check in was normal. The evening was quiet for the most part, with the exception that the room heater sounded like it was going to take flight everytime it started. After we turned into bed, the registration staff called at 1:30am and asked if they were bothering me, then hung up which I thought strange. Then they called back at 1:42am and said they had a report of smoke coming from the area of the hotel I was in. I said no, but asked if I needed to prepare to evacuate. They said no they were just investigating and hung up. I went into the hallway which was a little hazzy, and the 'smoke' being 'investigated' was weed. In the morning, it still lingered.
Breakfast was pretty good in the lobby and the staff very friendly and helpful. Checkout was fast.

We drove down for a funeral, and had to leave immediately after to return home. Our time was tight, and so was our budget. To further complicate things, we were arriving just after midnight. I was quite concerned that we would show up to find that we no longer had a room (this has happened with other hotels in the past).
The lady on staff was very friendly and helpful, and got us checked in smoothly and quickly. The bed was huge and comfy, though it took up nearly the entire room. However, for the price we paid it was excellent. Surprisingly quiet, too.
In the morning, many staff members greeted us as we checked out, and all were delightful. For a comfortable overnight stay, this was one of the best hotels I've been in, and would definitely use them again.

Nice place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The only complaint is how the driveway to it is located right on a merge lane. As soon as you get off the highway, the driveway is right there. Easy to miss if you're not paying attention. No fault of the hotel. More like poor planning by the architect. Otherwise, I'd stay again.

Room was comfortable, but there is a terrible amount of road noise coming from Mercury Blvd. Could use some sprucing up and repair work as my room had some peeling of the popcorn ceiling and damaged walls. The staff was courteous and accommodating.

We loved our stay here outside of the fact it was our wedding night and upon arrival in full on wedding gown and tuxedo, the woman, Kaplan, who checked us in was extremely rude. Rolled her eyes at me for mispronouncing her name and threw our key on the counter for my new husband to pick up. Obviously this was supposed to be an exciting time filled with joy and I was so upset by how she treated us that it just sort of out a damper on our celebration. Not the best way to start our stay

Set on the world's largest natural harbor, Hampton features the biggest stone fort ever built in the United States: Fort Monroe. The fort contains the Casemate Museum and such historical draws as the cell that held Confederate President Jefferson Davis. Conversely, the Virginia Air and Space Center offers more otherworldly sights, with exhibits of Apollo 12's Command Module and a Mars meteorite.
