"Reasonable priced 4 star hotel near the west loop"
This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. I work for a company with an office in the west loop and the location was very convenient. Price was slightly less than others 4+ star hotels, but the gym and lobby were both nice. Decor is Art Deco which I think is pretty cool. 1st visit I was in a delux room which was very nice. This time I was in a standard room which was small. But the bathroom was clean and the stay was good. Overall a good value.

Stayed here for a week for work. It is very close to the core. The rooms are fairly small but very clean. The front desk staff are very friendly, including the bell staff. The only complaint I have is the noise level - you can easily hear the rooms next door or the elevators. The air con gets pretty loud too.
The neighbourhood is quiet during the weekdays but come the weekend, it can be quite loud.
Overall, it's a good hotel for a short stay.

I love that this hotel is centrally located in downtown Chicago. We were walking distance away from anything that you could think of food, entertainment, shopping... you name it. Book through Expedia and received VIP bucks.
Wasn't crazy about the coffee downstairs (if you're a Starbucks connoisseur) for but the pastries were delicious.

Comfortable hotel conveniently located in the heart of the shopping. The rooms were clean, modern, and moderately roomy; however, I found they had some cosmetic flaws that could be "cleaned up." For a 4-star property I would not expect to see this. Overall, given the price point and location, I would recommend the hotel and probably stay here again.

This hotel has a great location, in walking distance to museum campus and all public transport. It is clean and the price was right. But it could really use an update in the rooms and hallways. Wallpaper is peeling in the halls, rooms and hallways require cosmetic repairs and new paint. I would stay here again but there some tlc needed to make this a really great hotel.

The service from the staff is unparalleled, from the greeting at reception to the check-in texts asking if we needed anything. The room was immaculately clean and set up for total comfort, as was the entire hotel, including the lobby spaces with expansive windows and fireplaces and the gym. The bed and bed linens were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well lit. Will definitely return and will definitely recommend.
