Staff were excellent for both checkin and out. Room was great for wheelchair access but was noisy area and door lets in light around it from hall so was hard to sleep. Also had 2 large black spiders in our room.

Overall it was good. Kitchen suite which was a more than I needed but would be excellent for longer stays. Staff is helpful. Noise from cars ripping through the parking lot at midnight and from the highway on Saturday. Not a lot hotel can do but be prepared esp on a weekend

Clean and comfy, but a little noisy.

Sandman Hotel in Hamilton was clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the large rainfall type shower. It was conveniently located near the Beach Strip Park Run which was our reason for staying in Hamilton for the night on the way to Toronto. Our only issue was that our room (404) was right next to the ice machine which was quite loud and woke us up a couple times when people used it late in the night.

Booked for the pool and hot tub and it was so over chlorinated you couldnt open your eyes, the pool was tiny. The pool area was so hot you couldnt breath. Rooms were ok but run down with holes in the walls. Bed was average but pillows needed to be replaced years ago.
