Floors, Counters, Tabletops, Bathroom area, Sufaces Very Clean. Not the stovetop, cabinet handles or refrigerator doors, very sticky and greasy. Could not turn stove top on to cook without it smoking from underneath due to the grime or grease.
Light bulbs need to be replaced, no one was avaliable to assist, had to use other bulbs from other fixtures if there was one, to replace the ones we were using.
Hot Water Heater set at a lightly tepid temperature for a short time before getting cool. Cant use any water or flush toilet when taking a shower, depletes the tepid water temperture and drops pressure in shower.
Open up Coach I wouldn't sleep on, Mattress has a broken spring I didn't notice right away, it woke me and then I was up.
The kitchen table set is made out of bamboo, Very flimsy... Seats wobble when you sit and I'm only 145lbs. The Lenia table set we used mostly.
Office was closed mostly unstaffed when ever needed. If your looking for affordable this is it, I just think for the affordable price we paid, it should have been kept a little bit better and had a few more added towels since we found out too late there is no room service.
Yes.. we tried to air dry the 3 beach towels, 3 bath towels, and 1 bath mat. Except the Gulf breeze isn't dry enough to do this. So you constantly have semi damp towels or your spending your time and money in thier laundry room...
The hotel here does rent bikes, but you have to ask while ck'ing in, no one was there afterwards!!!

This is NOT a hotel. It's a vacation cottage and quite a pleasant one. We were right on the water and had a lovely view from the screen porch. It has one bedroom, a living room, a loft, a kitchen, and a bath, all quite small but very comfortable. No maid service, no amenities, no reception but you can easily walk to a good restaurant and to a large National Park Service place.
