When we arrived a room was not ready and we had to wait a couple of hours. However, that was the worst thing that happen. This place is unbelievable. Front desk staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable of the area. Gave us several restaurant tips. The guys handling our car was always attentive and extremely nice. Jason the bartender at the Sale e Pepe beach bar was AWESOME! Great personality and engaging. Peter our guy on the beach was very good. Cleaning Staff was very attentive and nice.
Get the full gulf view. They were stunning even during the rainstorm. Wake up to a Postcard Sunrise and Relax with a Postcard Sunset!!!! We will be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was good. Our room was disappointing due to the fact that it is out dated. The rooms are individually owned. These owners need to update and clean it up. I will make sure next time that I call manager to make sure my room is up to standards before booking. But over all great place. Nice shops.

This is NOT a hotel. It's a vacation cottage and quite a pleasant one. We were right on the water and had a lovely view from the screen porch. It has one bedroom, a living room, a loft, a kitchen, and a bath, all quite small but very comfortable. No maid service, no amenities, no reception but you can easily walk to a good restaurant and to a large National Park Service place.

I liked this hotel. We were on an "Everglades Adventure" with airboats and swamp buggies scheduled. After a long drive, checking into this hotel was a welcome relief. The entrance was simple but stately and just blended perfectly with our plans.
Friendly staff, great food, live entertainment in a warm, welcoming environment.

This hotel is right on the waterfront and is a great spot for fishing! It is walking distance to some great places to eat which was nice. The rooms were very clean and well-kept. The only reason we did not give this five stars is because the air conditioning was quite loud and the bed was quite soft and the dishes silverwear were 90% missing. BUT, No bugs, great atmosphere, it's the type of hotel where you make friends with other guests and enjoy a few cocktails by the water in the evening. The owner is very accessible even giving out her personal cell. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice 3 bedroom home, close to stores and beaches. Loved it. House is a little dated but clean. Pool was great with a hot tub built in. Beautiful view of canal on a corner lot that felt secluded by empty lot next door and trees all around.
Only weird thing...listed as three bathrooms (which we really wanted) and two of the bathrooms are in the master bedroom.
So then 2 couples had to share a bathroom, while another couple got two whole bathrooms. Strange.

The resort credit was not applied at check in. I remembered to ask and they said they did not see it in the reservation. I had to provide proof with email from expedia and then they made correction at check-in. My 3 year old loved the water slide and sprinklers. The food options are not great. Refrigerator was not working properly but we brought a cooler which worked for us because we were only there for 2 days. Roll away twin bed with guard rails was provided.

had been to Marco Island once previously on business and stayed at the Marco Beach Island Resort. I chose Crystal Shores based upon location, price and reviews. I was more than a bit concerned when we arrived and construction was in progress. At check-in I also extrapolated that this was a timeshare. However, my fears never materialized. We heard no noise from the parking lot construction and the timeshare rep was pleasant and not pushy. We did not attend the presentation because I was again spending half of day on business. However, we are entertaining the idea.
This was the largest most beautiful condo we have ever rented...bar none! Two large bedrooms at opposite ends and an amazing spacious open kitchen, LR, dining area. Plus two very nice lavatories.
The timeshare runs like a cruise ship with a daily events schedule. Wine, beer and liquor tasting, projected concerts, two nice pools with large hot tub, pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, putting green, floor chess, etc... Also, Stilts(z) restaurant was fun and had amazing views right on beach.
Wave runner, Hobie Cat, paddle boards and parasailing on property and adjacent Hilton.
PS: Weather was tremendous with sunny temp in low to high 80's!
