Great hotel. Hotel clerk a little confused about our reservation at check-in which caused some concern because I knew the hotel was sold out, but she finally figured it out. Nice large, clean room. Lots of tables for kick-back and breakfast but food was set up in a small area which caused quite a bit off congestion with guests.

Sarah greeted us pleasantly and other staff we encountered were cordial. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, bagels, pastries and fruit comprised an above average breakfast. New paint indicated a recent remodel of the hotel. Our only problems were our key card needing to be reactivated each day and a tight fit passing between the foot of the bed and tv cabinet, hardly worth mentioning.

This hotel is obviously for the young professional. I am an old professional, but I still liked it.
Pros. Very clean. The beds were great. The bathroom was a cool design. Bar was great. Loved the pool table, pacman, and couches on the fourth floor. Easy to get in and out of garage. FABULOUS location!
Cons. Easy to get lost when you get there. We wandered into other lost people, and we all looked stupid together. If you find your way to the fourth floor, you can get questions answered. Wish the elevator said "go to fourth floor." Actually, you have to take two elevators and a walkway to get there.
There isn't much space to move around in the room. They are small but pleasant rooms.
We'll probably stay again and enjoy the pool and workout room, now we've got it figured out.
Staff lowered=they are stationary and you can't find them unless you can, uh, find them.
Comfort lowered=wish there were two chairs in room, and the door to bathroom wasn't so heavy.
Overall, though, it was pretty cool, and lowered to "pleasant" is actually great.

The hotel accommodations were very comfortable. It was a nice location on a hill overlooking part of the town. The architecture of the hotel is very picturesque. There is a lovely gazebo near the very clean pool. The work out facilities were good. The breakfast was delicious and there were many choices. The staff were courteous and helpful. I enjoyed my overnight stay very much.

Had a travel day from hell and when arrived at hotel I realized I made a typo on Expedia and it was the wrong night. No problem for the hotel, but Expedia had trouble making the correction. Hotel staff was professional, persistent, cordial and kept calling and talking the Expedia agent through the issue until it was corrected. The hotel clerk saved me money, trouble and showed five star customer service. In addition the hotel is clean, located walking distance to stores and restaurants with airport shuttle. I will stay there again. Best customer service I've seen in 6 months. My only worry is they will be discovered and become so popular that I won't be able to get a reservation on my next trip!

Lobby area is a construction zone and check in is reduced to a folding table. I highly recommend reserving room in advance. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable with wifi acceptable for business purposes. In its current state of repair, I would only recommend staying here for an overnight business trip. I would stay again once renovations are complete.
