Positive side, was the room was spacious and comfortable, offered all amenities that made our stay enjoyable. Only negatives was with the noise of traffic and ambulance sirens outside our room being a bit too loud a few times in the evening resulting in having to shut the balcony doors. Also as the address shows that the Quest Hotel is on Scott street, they don't tell you when booking the room, you can only access the hotel via Railway street into the undercover car park of the hotel, which I didn't know until I had to call the reception for instructions. Also didn't realise when booking my room I had to also book a car spot. Lucky for me there was a car space vacant. Guests booking into the Quest need to also book a car space at the same time which I might add costs $15. Didn't realise I needed to also pay a $200 bond on checking in, which I might add the bank doesn't release until 5 days after checking out.

Spent 9 nights in the apartments whilst visiting relatives in Penrith. They are well furnished and equiped, a real home from home.
The staff are very helpful particularly the manager, Joanna, who organised transport to our Sydney hotel at the end of our stay in Penrith.
