We booked the Orsett Hall as was travelling from Norfolk to visit family over the Xmas period. Very disappointed to find out that we was staying in an Annexe around the back of the hotel and not in the main building and in an Attic. Booked this hotel being a stately hotel and very disappointed to say the least.

Our stay was wonderful. The restaurant staff were amazing and the meal was fabulous. All staff were really welcoming. I do not think paying guests should pay to use the spa facilities however.

The breakfast was delicious and it wasn’t the usual buffett, they seat you down and there is breakfast menu, place the order and they make it fresh which was a wonderful experience.
