Good hotel for the price we paid. Its a pets friendly hotel dogs barking next door kept is awake. Thanks to the Front desk staff who gave us another room. Quite a bit of highway noise in odd numbered rooms. Get even numbered rooms if possible.

The hotel is older and it shows. It smelled old or musty and the carpets could be torn out and replaced. The balcony overlooks the river and the location is great. In thisbcase you get what you pay for.

This will be my "go to" whenever I have business in Grants Pass. I feel very comfortable and safe there, which is important because I travel there alone. This is centrally located to where I need to be and there is great shopping and eateries, nearby.

The room was nice but there was NO!!! heat, called and asked about heat I was freezing someone came and messed with the heater but did no good, gave me a couple extra blankets, but by now I was so cold it took me over an hour to get warm but not totally, DID NOT SLEEP BECAUSE OF BEING COLD, the next morning I found a breaker switch and got some heat to warm the room but as soon as the heater went off and came back on it was doing the AC again. COLD.
The office said because I had gone through Expedia there was nothing they could do, such as give me a discount, AS COLD AND MISERABLE THAT I WAS, WOULD LIKE A DISCOUNT ON MY CARD OR THE WHOLE CHARGE BACK.
I chose Best Western because I have had good experiences with them. This motel they were doing some construction work. You had to get your breakfast and take it back to your room because there was no place else to eat it except the driveway. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. In Grants Pass Oregon it was in the low 30's. Snow the next day.

This is not a luxury hotel, but it's not meant to be one! It's a great value for the money. Staff is wonderful and treated my family very well. Clean rooms, convenient location. This is the lowest priced hotel in town but it is an extreme value and I'd definitely recommend the place for a quick stay en route to the coast or up and down I-5.

Rogue River runs through town, making this a popular destination for whitewater rafting, kayaking, and fishing. 400 unique shops, galleries, and restaurants line the streets in historic downtown and the Growers' Market, Oregon’s largest open-air market, is open between March and November. Visitors can explore the Oregon Caves National Monument, which is east of town in the Siskiyou Mountains.
