"Affordable & Lovely Modern Hotel "
This hotel was 20 minutes driving to Old Quebec City which is awesome because there's no many affordable options when you come close to Old Quebec. Is very quiet, modern, new, affordable, good breakfast, good service, good staff, free parking and also there are some restaurants to eat near to the hotel. There's a nice restaurant next to the hotel. You can go walking. Good food and also good price! LA CAGE SPORT BAR is something like that the name of the restaurant.

"Stylish and comfortable"
Great location in Old Quebec. Nicely furnished rooms and good amenities. No view from standard rooms, but that is the only flaw.

"Excellent- Québec Gem"
I'm American but my family has been in Québec for over 300 years. I come back to this town about once a year. Unfortunately I was in Québec for a very sad occasion. My uncle passed away. I chose this hotel because it was located next to where my grandmother's apartment was located. This is an old hotel which is been talked about my family for decades. They completely revamped it and it has all the modern necessities of the hotel. The staff have a real family feel to them and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I write a lot of reviews for Expedia I give this hotel my full recommendation. Enjoy Québec on happier times but this hotel will certainly take care of you.

"Nice for the kids but crowded "
Kids were super happy! So score on that. Only thing: Noisy, rooms are small for a family, hotel staff wanted to charge for play pen ... Food at the restaurant: very good and affordable although I got charged breakfast for 8 months old who just started eating and barely eats. Pool a bit too crowded tinny taste. Overall good buy parents be prepared this stay is for the kids :)

"The location of the hotel is perfect! "
Hotel location is great - about a 7 minute walk to old Quebec and the Chateau Frontenac! Since it is right off of Grande Allee it gives you perfect access to a number of bars/restaurants that are 2 mins walking distance from the door of the hotel! (Can't do much better than that!) The hotel staff and reception however was very disappointing. The check in is at 4 p.m (which I think is much too late- if you are driving from out of town and want to get the most out of your first day, this is too late of a check in time. But even as such, the staff doesn't seem to have a good system working for checking in and valet parking, etc. The line up to check in was 20 minutes and then a long wait to get car parked. (They do have self parking, but the people had to wait for explanations on that too) In addition, checking out was 20 minutes- line up. You have to line up (can't use express- drop keys and get an email receipt) because you need the front desk to validate your valet parking once you've paid. The valet desk is separate but it's just disorganized or maybe they don't have enough staff, etc. They should get guidance from the valet parking in other hotels - runs like clockwork at the Chateau Mont-Tremblant, for example. As for the room-we were on the 19th floor and the view is spectacular! However, you do not expect the bedding to be ratty & hitched. The bathroom -the shower curtain old, the tile mildew- needs caulking. Overall a 3

"Excellent Location"
We appreciated greatly the location, hotel is covenient to everthing. Parking charge was reasonable and almost directly across street. Hotel collects the fee. Breakfast was included in our stay and was very satisfactory. The attitude of all staff was superb, everyone was helpful and friendly. We would definitly return and highly recommend this hotel. Finally, you should note there is a large in-door market, very nearby, well worth visiting.

Grande Allee is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Grande Allee, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Grande Allee hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
