"Lovely hotel, extremely convenient for everything."
Most welcoming staff and very helpful. Accommodation very clean and tidy. Swimming pool and surroundings also very good and very pleasant to sit up at night where the pool is covered over and look out over the skyline. Brill!!

Stayed here in September 2016 , really disappointed in the hotel . Booked a " small room " , but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at it's the size . Unfortunately for us the fixtures and fittings let it down . There was black mould on the bathroom ceiling , shelves were broken in the bedside cabinets and it really didn't feel like a four star hotel .The biggest issue for us was the lack of natural light .There was one window which looked out on to other windows some eight foot away making it impractical to actually open the window or even the blinds .Unfortunately the room bore no resemblance to the pictures on the hotel's web site .
On a plus side the hotel's in a great location and the building itself had great character which seems a shame that for us the room itself was such a let down .

Known as the street that never sleeps, Gran Via is one of Madrid’s main shopping and entertainment districts and a hub of the city’s nightlife. Bordered on one end by the grand Cibeles fountain and at the other by the stately Plaza de España, the wide boulevard is lined with stunning examples of early-20th-century architecture.
