As we was walking towards the doors of the Jefferson Building where we check in, the doors automatically opens. It was so welcoming to us. The desk clerk was very nice and sweet. Our guestroom was nice, very clean, and quiet. I will be back real soon.

Overall a good experience. However my issue was that I woke during to night to a cool room that was cold by morning. The HVAC system would not work at all except to blow cold air .... bummer. Hallway was warm....

Check in was ok. Not very friendly. Asked for a late check-out and was told there would be a $10 charge. They weren't that busy to ask for an extra hour. Overall the place was clean. The room was ok. My towels had some holes in them. Breakfast was not much to brag about. The OJ was watered down and there was only 1 piece of dried out bread and no one around to ask for more. If you are just looking for a decent place to sleep, it is ok. If I needed to, I would stay again, just not count on breakfast.
