"Easy access to the city center"
Had a great stay here. The pub underneath the hotel gets noisy, but mostly quieted down by the time we wanted to go to sleep anyways. We spent most of the nights out trying out the different pubs in walking distance of the hotel.

"Scottish Hospitality at it Finest!"
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel on Blythswood Square in the Center of Glasgow. The service and friendliest of the entire staff, from the doorman, to the reception, to the concierge, to the waitstaff were exceptional. The hotel is beautifully done, and was formerly the location of the Scottish Automobile Association. The lobby, main dining and Salon were lovely and the food and service excellent. My favorite spot was the bar called the Salon up the stairs from the lobby. Nice place to have either a whisky or tea, which is served in the afternoon. Cheers to Connor and Stephen who were delightful. Our deluxe room was spacious, clean and well appointed with a large marble bathroom. Beds and linens were top notch, and any requests were attended to quickly. We had dinner downstairs and the food was delicious, and the staff very friendly in spite our showing right before closing. We had the sweetest waitress, a student from Slovenia. There is a nice Spa at this hotel and should not be missed, particularly after a long flight. We highly recommend, in fact we would go to Glasgow just to stay there again! Cheers!

"Nice hotel.Friendly staff"
Although hotel was lovely and friendly staff, I was very disappointed as bins were not emptied in the 4 nights I stayed at the hotel. Also bedsheets were never changed.I would have expected fresh towels and bins emptied every day.Fair enough receptionist did advise to ask for towels when needed. The fact the room was not cleaned even once during my four day stay was disappointing.I did ask for fresh towels when needed but the girl at reception who brought them to my room[128 first floor] did not take away used towels so by the time I was leaving there was a lot of towels on bathroom floor so between that and bags of everyday rubbish I`m afraid it was very untidy.Did not feel comfortable with having to ask staff as I felt it should be hotel policy to at least to empty the bin every day

"Nice modern hotel close to city "
Had a 1 night stay on Friday and was so impressed. The staff are so nice very polite and professional. The rooms are lovely, very spacious and spotless. Nice big comfy bed and temperature control which was a good idea as it was very warm. Had a bite to eat in the bar on Friday which was lovely. If you bought a drink you could get a burger for £1 and a extra £1 to add fries. Breakfast the next morning was lovely, buffet style and everything was piping hot. We paid £5 to use the pool, sauna etc which again was spotless and really relaxed. Check out was 11am however we paid £15 to check out at 1pm which was worth it after relaxing in the pool area. Would recommend this highly for couples, families or groups

"Fabulous Hotel"
This hotel is fabulous. Our huge room was lovely with a very comfortable king-size bed, a dressing room, and a great bathroom that included a huge bathtub that I couldn't resist using. The hotel is staffed with lovely people who bend over backwards to make the guests happy. The food was outstanding, both breakfast and dinner. All in all, this is a luxurious place to stay that is conveniently located in the West End of Glasgow. We spent three nights here and my husband and I agree it was a wonderful experience. Room Tip: For convenience, try to stay in the townhouse where the restaurant and bar are located

Glasgow Westend is calling — find the perfect hotel

Everyone wants to score a deal on travel, but price is just one factor to consider when booking an unforgettable hotel. Whether you’re visiting family, attending a conference or taking a well-earned vacation in Glasgow Westend, having an awesome experience should be a no-brainer.

Hotwire will hook you up! From restful nights near your flight to that prime spot in the city’s heart, we’ve done our research to bring the best options to your fingertips. Book your Glasgow Westend hotel with us now and start your next adventure.

You’re not the average traveler — and we know it

You’ve done your homework and know exactly where you want to go. We’re here to help with some Hotwire travel geek-approved tips on how to save on your booking.

    Get away for the weekend

Hotels in bigger cities usually charge higher rates during the week, when people are traveling for business. Weekends can be a bargain! It’s the other way around for vacation spots, so if you’re looking for a beach escape, consider a mid-week trip.

    Give yourself some wiggle room

If your plans are flexible, play around with some different travel dates – a shift of a few days either way can help you save big. Prices usually jump the weekends before and after popular holidays, so we recommend steering clear of them. Or consider visiting during the off-season, when prices are generally lower.

    Plan around big events

Are prices surprisingly high? There might be a huge conference or festival in town. Consider shifting your dates if you can. Of course, if that’s why you’re going, you’ll have to bite the bullet. We’ll still work to get you the best rates out there.

    Noodle over new adventures

Set aside time to plan what you want to see, taste and discover. Nothing completes a trip, big or small, like a few new experiences! Check city apps or area websites to find out what’s new and what events are happening during your stay. Even during a family reunion, you can detour to that locals-only fish taco stand or under-the-radar music club. Your cousins will be impressed.
