The phone support received was phenomenal! Thank you Ms. Jeanie (I think was her name) Wasn't difficult to find. Kinda secluded & very quiet. The cabin was very welcoming-tv's on with light music, low lighting, hot tub on & cute welcome set up on main floor bed. The Kitchen was set up nice. Needs new pool sticks & table leveled. Awesome getaway

Gatlinburg has plenty of motel rooms. This one was good value, slightly dated but centrally located. The ease of parking and parking pass were worth while. Our room was basic and a little worn, but very clean and uber spacious. Did not use the restaurant.

You cannot find a better location for the price. Almost right in the middle of the strip and one block away makes it convenient, yet quiet. The staff were super welcoming and friendly from the time we checked in until we left. Only complaint is their parking policy of making you move your car out of their lot on the day you check out by noon. After staying with them for 2 nights, we asked if we could leave our car in their lot for 2 hours (until 2 PM, since check in is not until 3 PM) while we grabbed lunch before heading home and they made us move to a nearby 'pay lot' and had to pay $8 to park for our 2 hour lunch when there were maybe 5 other cars in their parking lot.
