"Nice hotel close to the all the things in downtown"
Had a great trip to Gatlinburg.Stayed at The Glenstone Lodge which was very clean and comfortable and on top of all that was very affordable. It is one of older hotels in Gatlinburg but is still very nice.Would stay there again.Great hotel for the price.

Everything was clean and room was amazing. Beautiful view. Only complaint is noise from neighbors. Rooms on both sides had young kids and it sounded like they were almost in the same room. They were up at 4:30am.

Was disappointed st the "upgrades". That had been advertised to have been made. The hotel is just old. Our room had an odor of smoke in it. There were not many electrical outlets in the room at all. The walls were very thin as we could hear our neighbors children at all hours of the day and night. The sliding door would not stay closed without a horizontal bar across it. The bed linens were worn. The only thing I liked about it was the location. The parking garage was obviously not made to accommodate today's large vehicles as we had to park in two spaces for us to even be able to get out of our SUV. I would not stay here again.

Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The Breakfast goes above and beyond. Not just your standard continental breakfast. Saved us a lot of money and was a major plus. The locality is great just steps from the aquarium so you can hop a Trolly to anywhere in town.
