This was my first time to stay at Quinta Real. After having stayed at a different nearby luxury hotel I wanted to try this place. I will be back. We were very pleased with the food, the staff, the hotel design, the amenities, the location.

The shower stall flooded each time we used it, and the floor inclined so that the water flowed outward away from the drain. Our room was located too close to the gym and I had to phone the front desk each night to have the shut off the music, I was told it was supposed to be turned off at 11 pm each night and it wasn't. It was turned on again each morning around 7 am. We did not get a room with a view, instead we faced a brick wall. The first night (after check-in) we dined at the hotel's restaurant and were not given the 20% discount, the waitress claimed our we did not show as being registered or checked-in yet with the front desk. We were finally given a credit for the 20%. Our dinner order also took over an hour to be served, it was just a club sandwich and quesadilla, it should not have taken so long for such an uncomplicated order.

"Luxury hotel at perfect location in Valle Oriente"
This is one of the newest hotels in Monterrey. Conveniently located right across the avenue in front of Plaza Fiesta San Agustin and the Main Entrance shopping and dining area. Style is very chic with books and luxury details all over the place. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Beware as I had to ask for a room change five minutes after check in. My room's view was the parking lot of an adjacent offices building, which is outrageous having the beautiful Sierra Madre view in the other side of the building. Although very new, I had to ask for maintenance to fix my faucet sink and the air extraction. I also ordered express pressing service for my suit which was supposed to be done within the hour. After four hours, they had to make it emergency pressing so I would not be late for my appointment in the afternoon. I had to call several times to fix minor details with the amenities but I think that, in general, I got the value for the price I paid, after they changed me to a room with a better view than the one they gave me at check in.

With exception of the room attendant, the Hotel staff was not very attentive, bathroom smelled like sewage(1109). Restaurant food is substandard compared to the NH collection in guadalajara Centro historic, Mexico. Very busy hotel which explains the condition. Hotel needs a renovation. Great location and excellent room view. All and all a decent stay. Especial mention to the lobby bar bartender due to his outstanding service.

The location is really good in the San Pedro area, close to everything.
Like a boutique hotel. I've been staying in this hotel for 6 years and it's been great.
The concierge guy ( the one with grey hair) is very helpfull and nice.
The hotel has a very nice ambiance. It is very discreet hotel not high profile not big with many people and I like it that way.
Very personalized service.

Ac didn't work the first couple of days. They sent maintenance crew to repair, but it didn't resolve the issue.
Was not offered another room, when I asked for another room was told there is an upcharge. But overall the food was good, service was excellent. It is what it is.

Shaped like a topsail, the dramatic Unity Bridge crosses the Santa Catarina River and links Monterrey with Garza Garcia. Also known as San Pedro, this affluent city is home to several corporate offices and enclosed, American-style shopping malls, such as Plaza Fiesta San Agustin. In the Valle Oriente district, modern office towers share the skyline with nearby mountains.
