Second stay at this hotel. Still a good place but will probably try a new one next time. Room comfort will depend on whether you get a room with windows or not. Staff will not change it once assigned, even if they promise it several times. Shower does not have any pressure (this was the same on my prior stay) and TV remote was crumbling apart.
Best thing of this hotel is location and good staff. Management has to step up to maintain it, otherwise repeated guests will not come back.

first fhe positives: good location, reasonable price, professional staff and everything works
Now the negatives: the hotel is in desperate need for an upgrade and renovation. The bathrooms look like a throwback to the nineties. General areas look tired. As far as comfort goes the rooms could use better sound insulation, my room had a larger than usual gap between the door and the floor and I could hear every conversation going on in the hall. This became a nuisance because my room was next to the elevator.
