From the time I got out of my car until I left in my car the next day I was treated with the utmost care! I went for an overnight stay/get away/rejuvenation time and was totally taken care of the whole time! Rooms are extra nice, bedding wonderful, bathrooms very clean and nice, sitting area relaxing. The staff goes over and above for the guests! I cannot say enough about the Royal Sonesta!!!

We had a really nice stay. The only thing I would upgrade is the bathroom. Walk in shower is a must. But we were told it was planned, the same with the restaurant which could be upgraded. It seems that a new chef will be hired soon. The "concierge" is great and really try to do everything to please you I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Houston.

I was in Houston for a conference located at the medical center. The conference recommended a hotel closer to the conference. I opted for ZaZa and am so glad I did. The stay was the highlight of the trip. We had one of the suites which was luxurious. The free Denali shuttles add a Texas style and was a great way to travel the extra distance to my conference location. Staff were incredible, from the waiters to front desk to cleaners. Turn down service is wonderful. The food is excellent and had a Texas flare. The location cannot be beat. We enjoyed free entry to the MFA on Thursday and spent time traversing the park. The amenities, including pool w/ bar and gym, were fabulous. We will be back to Houston for the sole purpose of staying here. This will become one of our regular spots.

If you can’t buy it at The Galleria, it’s not made. One of America’s largest shopping centers, The Galleria has roughly 400 stores. Its lowest level features an ice-skating rink, a welcome spot during Houston’s torrid summers. Next door, the beacon of the 64-story Williams Tower serves as compass point for the sprawling city. Nearby, partygoers head for the Richmond Strip’s bars and clubs.
