This hotel had the lowest rate compared to nearby hotels. Even though it was the cheapest hotel, the location is good. There is a 24h Subway across the street and a 24h gas station 5 minutes away. It is a very quiet location. The room is fairly comfortable, but it could be better cleaned.

This by far the best hotel experience I've had in college park for the past 6 years of visiting. All the staffs that I've interacted with were very professional and friendly at the same time. Service was quick when requested. Room was spacey and clean. The Hotel will be my top consideration when visiting next time.

My first impression was not good - the rugs are worn, the wallpaper aged. But the room was very clean and neat. The bed and pillows were very, very comfortable. An excellent Mexican restaurant is accessible without leaving the building. The food there is fresh and delicious - with lots of fresh vegetables. In the lobby of the hotel were freshly baked chocolate chip cookies for a sweet treat. The breakfast buffet offered both hot selections (cheese omelettes, breakfast potatoes, sausage links) and cold (fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal). The staff was friendly and helpful. Bottom line - this hotel is clean, welcoming, and comfortable. We will stay here again when we return to the area.
