Nice hotel, great location, staff extremely helpful, reasonably prices beer although rooms a tad high priced ( hey, it's Denmark ) . They provided bikes at the hotel for a fee but told us to go nearby for free bikes...now that's good service. The owner may not like that advice but it doesn't go unnoticed by your guests.

I was only here for one night, but I could have stayed longer. The hotel is right next to the port, so if you get off the ferry, it's basically over the road. The room was very comfortable, and I had a view of the port as well, had everything I needed. Also a short distance to the train station and the Main Street and bars and also some shops like Spar. Had a great night sleep, In a comfy bed. Top place.

Great location, just off pedestrian street. Comfortable clean lobby and rooms. We upgraded to a Business room, which was larger and more comfortable for our 4 night stay. Empire restaurant has great burgers in a supriseING American atmosphere. Free parking out back.

Small hotel, very near I information place & Stenaline ferry dock. Plenty of food or shopping places around & sights to see. Is about 15-20 minutes walk from Frederikshaven train stop station.
No hotel people around much, mainly only cleaning staff AM. Do it yourself type hotel.
Room was clean & had basics. Bed was comfy. Shower was good.

Squint, and it’s easy to mistake Frederikshavn for the Caribbean. White sands and 100 palm trees line Palm Beach, which draws sun-loving visitors throughout the region. Conveniently, ferries connect the town with neighboring Norway and Sweden. Fredrikshavn's maritime roots stretch back into the 1600s. Experience this rich tradition through pleasure cruises that depart from one of the six marinas.
