I wanted to stay near the fishing pier in Fort Walton and this was the perfect spot. The motel wasn't too close to the beach to where there would be a lot of traffic. The only problem I had was that the motel didn't have any hot water. The pool water didn't look very clean either. It was kinda cloudy looking. Other than that, it was affordable and suited my needs for my short stay.

Room was nice nothing rusting or anything. Mine and the people next to me did not have flatscreen Tv's ours were older but they still work fine. Also don't think that if you go there at 3 they might have your room ready because they will still make you pay $50. Other then the fees they room was great beds were clean and comfortable.

Loved our experience. Easy check in. Outstanding view (3rd floor). Nice TVs, but hard to find a working remote. Beautiful kitchen. Small but very functional bathrooms. Only gripe: Old fashioned tiny toilet seats. Bedroom window wouldn't stay open, but a piece of wood from the closet fixed that. Outstanding heated pool. (No spa) We would happily stay here again.
PS ... when we checked in after hours, the room had no towels. Called the number, but they said there was nothing they could do. After a bit, they gave us a one time code to an empty room and we took those towels. Very satisfactory solution.
