Minimum check in age is 18 which was the most helpful since we were a few months away from 21. Although our room was non smoking it still smelled of smoke. Room was clean but could use some work. Refrigerator and microwave were convenient. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel is located next to a Cracker Barrel, which is convenient. Overall, the room was clean but very small. Flooring in the bathroom was worn through to the concrete floor, and there is a good bit of wear throughout the facility.
If you are just spending one night, this should be fine but I wouldn't want to stay in this tiny room longer than that.
A small desk with a metal and wood chair that would be standard in a public high school didn't leave much room to work. There was no closet but you could hang a few items in the cabinet under the 15" analog TV. There were no drawers in the room.
It is not likely I will need to stay in a hotel in this area again but I would stay here again if work brought me back there.
