Location great. Staff helpful & room spotless. Only criticism is the $21 a day charge for wifi & use of gym. We were told it was compulsory even if we have no intention of using these services. However we did get a great deal on the hotel so a further $80 wasn't too painful.

Our two queen suite was perfect for the whole family. Very comfortable pillow top beds. Wood floors and a little couch area - perfect for hanging out, getting ready for the day, playing, etc. Most hotels have carpet, which I find gross, but this room was very modern, clean, spacious, and comfortable. We could slide the bed to the wall so the little ones didn't fall out. The bathroom was large and stunning with a long hand held wand (also great for bathing kids). And the lobby was very cozy with lots of personality and style. Plus, it is walking distance to many parks and playgrounds, the Natural History Museum, and lots of great restaurants. The staff was very nice. The doorman always helped us up and down the entrance steps with our double stroller. The bar gave us a complementary drink, and the registration was happy to let us check out late. All in all, it was the perfect choice for us. We will definitely be coming back!

The only problem with the hotel is tje noice situation
The doors don't have soft brakes or padding
So the noice of slamming doors is very loud especially when you trying to sleep it's very disturbing.
Softening the doors so there is not a consistent banging of doors will make a huge difference to an otherwise great comfortable rooms.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Ace. It proved a convenient location for forays up and down Broadway from walking to the theater district to an easy subway ride to Morningside Heights. Rooms are clean and very comfortable, with industrial vibe. Always something going on in the lobby, and there are good restaurants nearby and on the premises. The staff were helpful, fun folk.

The George Washington Bridge in Fort Lee connects commuters to the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan. Fort Lee is home to a large group of Korean immigrants, which has resulted in a large Koreatown, similar to Chinatowns in large metropolitan areas of the US.
