Ambience is wonderful friendly when first walk in. Paul is extremely friendly and helpful and a great cook. He made us breakfast the next morning. Wanted to stay another night but they were booked understandably! Will make it back again one day.

We came to Eastwell Manor during the week for a girls overnight spa trip for birthday celebrations. Having read some bad reviews about the Mews Cottages we were slightly concerned but we need not to be at all! The cottages are absolutely gorgeous with a kitchen and living room for guest use. Yes there were some small areas needing some attention but these were really not immediately noticeable and did not effect our stay. These are cottages at the end of the day, holding so much history and charm. The staff went out of their way to help us. We had booked two rooms separately and the staff were able to place us both in the same cottage which we ended up having all to ourselves as nobody seemed to use the other room during our stay. The spa facilities are wonderful and dinner in the Manor restaurant was delicious. The cottages are a short walk to the spa and Manor House not as far as some reviews made it out to be and for those who do not wish to walk, the hotel have golf buggies which are easily arranged by simply calling reception from your room phone. I would definitely recommend this stay to friends and will be returning!

Most enjoyable stay car park next to hotel. Very friendly staff nothing to much trouble, jolly female manager ( it makes a difference). Deal is very quaint in place , and a good place to explore on foot. Lots of history in and around Deal with the defences against the Frances during the 18th century . Not forgetting the dear old Romans’ remains scattered around the area. Back to the present we enjoyed watching the fisherman with their rod fishing of the pier. We picked a room looking out at the sea which made the weekend break perfect.

Folkestone is a picturesque coastal town that makes the most of its seaside setting. With miles of promenades and the unique Lower Leas Coastal Park linking the harbour with the town centre, Folkestone comes alive in the summertime. Visitors can take a break from the beachside entertainment and venture to Port Lympne's nearby wildlife park which is home to elephants, primates, and big cats.
