Oh, we are so going there again. Spent one night to celebrate 17 yr Anniversary! This resort is gorgeous. Didn't have time to see everything. Resort is on the beach. We didn't bring our kids but noticed how kid/family friendly the Resort is. Very clean! Room was awesome! Staff was awesome!!!

Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast very nice. Enjoyed the surroundings and downtown shopping and restaurants. Like music next door so we sat in outside restaurant area and throughly enjoyed. Music did not bother us in room, could not hear.

Everything about the hotel was great except check in. We decided to extend our stay another day upon check in and desk clerk had problems with original reservation with Expedia reservation. We selected a room with a view and it is not what they had on their reservation. After making us feel like third class citizens, because we used Expedia the clerk satisfied our requested room and was able to provide what we requested including an upgrade.
The comments about using Expedia for the booking really upset my wife and I. Everything and everyone else at the hotel were absolutely wonderful.

My husband and I came to Amelia Island to work a shut-down at the local paper mill. Our room was very nice. The staff were very friendly. Always had cookies out when we came in. Coffee was always waiting in the morning and we had to leave before 6:00 a.m.
