So nice to have the kitchenette when staying for a week or more. Love that the bathroom is private & not part of the living room. Sometimes you just need more privacy when accessing the sink. Staff was delightful & very helpful. Although this hotel is showing it's age it's kept clean.

We stayed here so my husband could attend the drag races at Pacific Speedway. Staff was wonderful. Ladies at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. One loaned me her personal umbrella so I could walk to the corner for lunch.

I have not stayed at a Clarion hotel before but will be strongly considering them in the future. The room was comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast included eggs, bacon and potatoes - more than the usual free breakfast. There was also oatmeal, yogurt and danish.

Bathroom small and needs improvements. The lounge is small and the eggs taste like carboard. Breakfast close at 9:00, so, you have to hurry up just to find a crow it place! After that, the place was ok!

"Decent hotel for the money; above-average breakfas"
This is a decent hotel for the money. The complimentary breakfast is above average for its class - it includes waffles, ceral, fruit juices, and toast. The room is what one would expect - it is clean and the water is not. There are some spots ont he carpet, and the hallway walls are in some disrepair.

In between Seattle to the north and Tacoma to the south, Federal Way offers easy access to both cities via freeway or at its transit center hub. Originally a logging settlement, Federal Way is now home to a large Korean community and the Weyerhaeuser Company. Federal Way’s many parks include the 12-acre Dumas Bay Centre, Dash Point State Park, and the West Hylebos Wetlands Park.
