Hotel is nice, room are quite good, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
My only complait would be the breakfast area; it is way to small, very small to accomodate the guest. The food itself is decent.
The employees attending the food area is not enough to fulfill the demand.

We have stayed at this Best Western numerous times to attend swim meets at the Federal Way pool and find this hotel to be consistently the best hotel in the area. The rooms are clean and quiet, the staff is always friendly and the breakfast is wonderful. We highly recommend this hotel.

Nice, clean very friendly staff. We picked this motel because it was close to the airport. We weren't disappointed. I would highly recommend this motel to any traveler looking for a great place to stay.

Staff is helpful. Check-in desk receptionist though seemed as if she was just punching a time clock. Her elbow on the counter with her head resting in her hand almost entire time she wasn't typing into computer. Tired?

In between Seattle to the north and Tacoma to the south, Federal Way offers easy access to both cities via freeway or at its transit center hub. Originally a logging settlement, Federal Way is now home to a large Korean community and the Weyerhaeuser Company. Federal Way’s many parks include the 12-acre Dumas Bay Centre, Dash Point State Park, and the West Hylebos Wetlands Park.
